Refund Policy
ISOPINO ENERGY TECHNOLOGY
REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY
This Replacement and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all solar inverters, batteries, and related products (“Products”) supplied by Isopino Energy Technology, Namibia. By purchasing our Products, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 Isopino Energy Technology does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
1.2 All approved claims will be resolved through replacement or repair only, as determined by Isopino.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
A Product is eligible for replacement only if:
2.1 It has a valid 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
2.2 It has been inspected and assessed by an authorized Isopino technician.
2.3 The defect is proven to be a manufacturing fault and not caused by misuse, mishandling, transport damage, or improper installation.
2.4 The Customer has complied with all handling, transport, installation, and safety requirements provided by Isopino.
3. Conditions That Void Eligibility
A Product is not eligible for replacement if any of the following are found:
3.1 Damage caused during transportation, offloading, or handling, including:

Dropping, crushing, impact, vibration, or shock

Rolling or sliding the inverter
-
Storing or transporting in extreme temperatures
-
Incorrect orientation (must be upright)
3.2 Evidence of tampering, opening of the device, or unauthorized repairs.
3.3 Installation performed by unqualified or uncertified persons.
3.4 Damage caused by electrical faults, including:
-
Overload
-
Incorrect wiring
-
Reverse polarity
-
Connecting incompatible solar or electrical equipment
-
External fire or water damage
3.5 Battery damage caused by:
-
Overcharging or deep discharging
-
Exposure to heat, water, or corrosion
-
Incorrect storage
-
Charging with non-approved chargers
4. Inspection Requirements
4.1 All Products must be inspected by the Customer immediately upon delivery.
4.2 Any damage or concern must be reported to Isopino within 72 hours.
4.3 Claims submitted after 72 hours will be considered customer-accepted condition and will not qualify for replacement.
5. Replacement Process
5.1 The Customer must submit a claim request including:

Proof of purchase
-
Product serial number
-
Photos or videos of the issue
-
Description of the problem
-
Installation certificate (if applicable)
5.2 Isopino will schedule an inspection or request that the Product be returned for assessment.
5.3 After inspection, Isopino will determine one of the following outcomes:

Approved for replacement
-
Approved for repair
-
Rejected due to customer-caused damage or misuse
5.4 Replacement units may be new or refurbished, but will be equal or superior in performance to the original unit.
6. Transport Rules for Warranty and Replacement
To qualify for replacement:
6.1 Products must be transported upright and secured.
6.2 They must not be exposed to extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
6.3 For inverters with lithium or gel batteries:

Avoid impacts, drops, or rough handling
-
Do not stack heavy objects on top
-
Keep away from direct sunlight or water during transport
-
Do not attempt to open or inspect the battery compartment
6.4 Any transport damage occurring after original delivery is the Customer’s responsibility.
7. Return of Defective Units
7.1 Defective units that are approved for replacement must be returned to Isopino before a replacement can be issued.
7.2 Returned units must include all accessories, connectors, and serial labels intact.
7.3 If the returned unit is found to be functional or damaged due to customer error, the Customer will be responsible for:

Inspection fees
-
Transport costs
-
Repair costs (if applicable)
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Isopino’s responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replacement as per this Policy.
8.2 Isopino is not liable for:

Loss of income, business, or data
-
Installation costs
-
Transport fees
-
Damage caused by third-party installers or transporters
9. Final Decision
9.1 All replacement decisions made by Isopino Energy Technology are final.
9.2 Isopino reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.
