We Isopino Energy Technology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. This position includes sales duties as well as general receptionist responsibilities.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote our range of solar inverters and related products

• Assist customers in choosing the right inverter based on their needs

• Handle customer enquiries (in-person, phone, email, WhatsApp)

• Provide product information and technical guidance

• Prepare and send quotations and invoices

• Follow up with potential clients to close sales

• Troubleshoot basic product issues and provide after-sales support

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information

• Manage front-desk duties: welcoming visitors, answering calls, scheduling, etc.

• Support general office administration.

🔸 Requirements

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Basic knowledge of solar systems (training will be provided)

• Ability to solve problems and work independently

• Basic computer skills (email, Word/Excel, invoicing software)

• Previous sales experience is an advantage

• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn

• Able to work under pressure
